Parent accounts
Parent sign-in uses a secure email link provided by Supabase. We receive an account identifier and email address to keep your workspace separate from other families. Use an adult’s account. We do not ask children to create accounts or provide names, birth dates, school details, or contact information.
What you choose to save
Saving a question set stores its title and question-and-answer text on our server. Please omit personal or sensitive information. Saved session summaries contain a mission label, date, number of questions, first-try answers, and hints used. They do not include your child’s identity or individual answers. Your workspace displays your latest 50 summaries.
Billing
Stripe hosts checkout and billing management. We store the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, and access dates. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by StudyMoxie. Sandbox tests use separate test billing data and do not charge real money.
Storage, access, and removal
Hosting is provided by Vercel. Supabase provides parent sign-in and stores application records in its database. Access to your records is checked on the server. We do not sell your notes or use them for advertising. This version has no advertising trackers or marketing email signup.
Archiving a question set hides it from active practice and can be undone immediately. To request permanent removal of your workspace records, contact support from your account email. Billing records may need to be retained separately. Canceling billing does not itself erase saved records.
